We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Your spiritual journey data is encrypted and stored securely.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the app, subject to confidentiality obligations.

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

• Your Sacred Design profile and archetype results are stored for the duration of your account.
• Daily alignment history and reflections are retained until you delete your account.
• Account information (email, name) is retained until you delete your account.
• Usage analytics data is retained for up to 24 months in anonymized form.
• If you have not used the app for 24 consecutive months, we may delete your data after providing notice.

Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your data:

• In-app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will immediately and permanently delete all your data from our servers.
• By email: Send a deletion request to help@theosomatic.com with the subject line "Delete My Sacred Design Account." We will process your request within 30 days.

Upon deletion, all personal data including your Sacred Design profile, archetype results, daily alignments, and account information will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

6. Children's Privacy

Sacred Design is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
